Ballet

Ballet provides students with a strong foundation for all dance genres. It helps develop good posture, muscle tone, flexibility, core strength, grace, elegance, style and musicality. As well as the physical benefits, this subject also requires discipline, focus and attention to detail.

Modern

Modern dance offers children the opportunity to learn the technical basics of jazz including, street and hip hop. With the use of imagery and creative music, we are able build on strength, stamina, good posture, coordination, dynamics and musicality.

Tap

A percussive form of dance, a conversation of the feet, tap is rhythm!

Children are always excited to put on their tap shoes and explore the sounds they can make with their feet. It's a fun way of learning and developing rhythm, timing, musicality and coordination.
