Cheerleading
Cheerleading offers a novel way to learn dance. With the use of pom-poms we are able to teach this unique style, ideal for building on strength and coordination as well as pattern and direction. Routines within this class are often used in a formation way so students are working as part of a team. Good for building confidence and making new friends.
Disco
A class made for children with bags of energy! A fast paced session designed to improve flexibility, strength, stamina and coordination. It's the speed of movement that makes this genre unique. Compared to Street dance that has more flow, Disco dance requires a dynamic approach. Children enjoy the challenge of learning the quick, tricky movements typical of Disco.
